The wines mature in the vaulted cellar, which is more than 1100 years old.

Tasting NotesWater like color with a distinctive greenish tone to the edges. Ripe red apple & lime aromas intermix with light honeysuckle, orange blossom, quince & a subtle minerality. Fruity ripe lime & red apple flavors overlaid by honeysuckle are followed by traces of pineapple and infusions of orange blossom. |
